Your Basic Telepathy can now be used as a ranged attack to give someone the ability to use their limbs if broken for 5 minute. To use this skill throw a white packet and call "Psionic: Tranquility, Ignore broken limbs! 5 minutes!"

Proficient:
Well-Crafted Green Telepaths Crystal - +10 Mind & +20 Minutes
2 Uncommon Scrap, 1 Radioactive Metal, 1 Psionic Crystal, 2 Muscadine
Your Proficient Telepathy can now be used as a ranged attack to make a target unable to take aggressive actions for 1 minute. To use this skill throw a white packet and call "Psionic: No Aggressive Actions, 1 minute!". This effect does not affect lineages and breaks if the target takes damage or received a negative skill effect. This does not replace the Basic Mechanics of this item.

Master:
Superior Green Telepaths Crystal - +15 Mind & +30 Minutes
2 Rare Scrap, 1 Conductive Metal, 1 Psionic Crystal, 2 Muscadine
Your Master Telepathy skill now affects an AOE. Allies within this radius are also hit. Targets may still use Basic Mental Endurance to resist the effect. This does not replace the Proficient Mechanics of this item.

Master Achievement: Thought Bender:
Spend 1 Resolve or 20 MP and 1 minute of meditation, the Thought Bender can become immune to psionic effects for 10 minutes. When they are targeted with a psionic effect call "No effect, Mind Shield".
