2 Uncommon Scrap, 1 Radioactive Metal, 1 Psionic Crystal, 2 Muscadine
Your Proficient Telekinetics is now a Line of Sight that affects two targets within 10ft of each other. Targets may still use Basic Mental Endurance to resist the effect. This does not replace the Basic Mechanics of this item.

Master:
Superior Blue Kinetic Crystal - +15 Mind & +30 Minutes
2 Rare Scrap, 1 Conductive Metal, 1 Psionic Crystal, 2 Muscadine
Your may use your Master Telekinetics to instead 4 times point at a target within 50ft and call "Psionic: Mangle X Limb. You choose which limb is mangled. This may target 4 different targets or the same ones multiple times. This is countered by Basic Mental Endurance. This effect cannot target Lineages. This does not replace the Proficient Mechanic of this item.

Master Achievement: Mentalist
You may spend 1 Resolve to target an ally or 2 Resolve to target an enemy. You may call "Psionic: Line of Sight (Targets Name) - Move within 3 steps of me.". This skill can only be countered by Master Mental Endurance, immunity to Psionics or this effect.
