Radiation Rot Disease
Description: Radiation Rot Disease is caused by contact with irradiated areas or radiation blasts. Affecting all Lineages other than Retrogrades, it causes an individual to experience the slow death of their organs and flesh as their Infection becomes unable to repair damages. Those that are affected by this horrific disease experience what it’s like to die slowly and experience intense mutations during the later half of the disease.
Identifiable with Basic Medical.
Stage 1 - Tiredness and inability to eat most foods without throwing up. Slight rotten appearance of the skin. Treat with Basic Medical Skill, 0 Mind Points and 20 Minutes roleplaying removing rotten skin.
Stage 2 - Tiredness and inability to eat most foods without throwing up. Dark circles beneath eyes. Major rotten appearance of the skin. Treat with Basic Medical Skill, 5 Mind Points, and 20 Minutes of removing rotten skin and blood transfusion.
Stage 3 - Occasionally throwing up blood. Dark circles beneath eyes. Major rotten appearance of the skin. Treat with Basic Medical Skill, 5 Mind Points, and 20 Minutes of removing rotten skin and blood transfusion.
Stage 4 - Occasionally throwing up blood. Dark circles beneath eyes. Major rotten appearance of the skin. Beginning of major skin mutations (bubbled skin. Strange growths). Treat with Proficient Medical. 10 Mind Points and 20 Minutes of roleplaying blood transfusion and removal of major skin mutations.
Stage 5 - All of the symptoms of Stage 4. Major skin mutation is now fully formed and apparent. Vomiting copious amounts of blood mixed with some organs. Death at the end of the event. Treatment unknown, patient dies.
